WHO WE ARE

Three production bases.
One focused manufacturing group.

We began manufacturing automotive electrical components in 2008. We moved to Xianju in 2012 and began developing and producing EV drive motor shafts in 2016. In 2021, we established Zhejiang Yuanbang New Energy Power Co., Ltd.

We now operate three production bases: one for starter drives and planetary shafts, one for EV motor shafts and gears, and one for commercial EV stator winding.

More than 500 machines for shaft and gear production.

Our equipment includes machining centers, automated shaft lines, hobbing, gear shaping and precision grinding machines.

03Heat treatment & grindingWe follow heat treatment with precision grinding and finishing.

OUR HISTORY

Our journey
since 2008.

Key milestones that have shaped our manufacturing business since 2008.

2008

We established Yuhuan Taitech Automotive Electrical Co., Ltd.

2012

We moved production to the Yong'an Industrial Park in Xianju.

2016

We began developing and producing EV drive motor shafts.

2018

We achieved IATF 16949:2016 certification.

2021

We established Zhejiang Yuanbang New Energy Power Co., Ltd. to produce EV drive motor shafts.

2023

We established a provincial R&D center for EV drivetrain technology. Zhejiang Province also recognized us as a Specialized and Innovative SME.

2024

We established Zhejiang Yuanbang Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

2025

We began construction of a new factory on an approximately 20,000 m² site.

QUALITY & TRACEABILITY

Quality checks are built into production.

We manage first-piece, in-process and final inspections through our MES system. We issue inspection instructions with each work order and trace records to the operator, equipment, batch and raw material.
